It includes an incoming product crate section, finished product crate section, manual filleting tables, and a waste screw conveyor/waste conveyor system. Personnel process the products from the incoming raw product crates at the filleting tables, transferring the processed products to the finished product crates. During this process, any waste generated is transferred to the waste screw conveyor/waste conveyor.
